Falkirk West MSP Michael Matheson paid a visit to Forth Valley Royal Hospital where he met with local campaigners during Brain Injury Week.

Mr Matheson said:
“I know from dealing with the local branch of Headway over a number of years what a tremendous job they do in supporting those with a brain injury.

It was great to see them host a stall at Forth Valley Hospital raising awareness of Brain Injury and the impact it can have on someone’s life.

It’s important that people are aware of the advice and information that is available in the local area for those with a Brain Injury, and also to be aware of what action we can all take as individuals to avoid a Brain Injury.”
